24-hour CCTV monitors the external of the building and car park, and access cards only allow specified people to enter office corridors.

The Tenant has 24/7 access to the building and offices via proximity

There is a bookable boardroom that can seat up to 14 people (tenants
receive a discount). The room has a computer with projector and smart
board, and a flip chart.

Shared Printing facilities
The service of a printer is shared between tenants. Consumables are the tenants responsibility.

Reception Staff
Reception staff will answer the phone, transfer calls to your office, take messages, greet visitors and present a professional image to your clients. If you are not available reception staff will take a message and contact you with details or e-mail the message to you.

There is a welcoming café next to reception that serves drinks and lunch. There is a communal sink area for washing coffee cups.

Parking
There are 75 car parking spaces next to the building with 4 disabled bays and a bike rack. A tenant parking permit is in operation.
